Unroasted Green Coffee

Located in Karnataka’s lush Pushpagiri Range—one of the Western Ghats’ richest biodiversity hotspots—the Sirangalli Community Project brings together small family-run farms cultivating shade-grown Arabica and Robusta beneath native jungle and fruit trees. From just five farms in 2021 to over eight today, this community nurtures coffee alongside pepper, citrus, and cardamom, helping protect forests, support rural livelihoods, and produce cups that taste as vibrant as the landscape itself. Ripe coffee cherries are handpicked, sorted, and processed by South India Coffee Company (SICC) onsite at Mooleh Manay estate.

You can expect a vibrant coffee with notes of dark plum, stone fruit, grape juice, and dark chocolate. This coffee handles heat well and has a good round body even with a lighter roast profile. Enjoy experimenting at different roast levels as this coffee is layered with flavor complexity.
