Rich and smooth with an amazing flavor arc. This coffee has a lot of complexity with flavor notes of baking chocolate, cinnamon, ginger, anise, black plum, and shortbread. Round in body with a warm aftertaste and long finish, this espresso blend is really easy to dial in. Start with a 1:2 ratio and it won't take you long to find your liquid gold!

Our proprietary blend is comprised of premium washed coffee from Southern India and high quality Robusta beans. When crafting our single origin espresso blend, we found that pairing low acidity washed coffees with a high quality Robusta yields a smooth, complex espresso shot with lots of crema and depth of flavor perfect for enjoying on its own or mixed with milk.
